Use the CDCACM as a SYSLOG output device, send message to remote proc.
If there are more than one CDCACM devices, then a device minor number
may also need to be provided. Default: 0

Data form serial framework will be written to usb reqbuf directly,
and data form cdcacm will be read form reqbuf directly.

right now it is only possible to change the delivered power on the fly
by
1. selecting PDO2 slot
2. write to POO2
3. renegotiate power delivery by sw reset command
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

Some USB controllers can receive or send multiple data packets then
generate one interrupt. This mechanism can reduce the number of data
copies. Extend req buf to accommodate this.

below command to create mbim NIC on host
nsh> conn 3
NuttX's MBIM device implementation adds an additional MBIM network
card to the NuttX system, which can debug the data communication with
the host, but this network card is unnecessary and needs to be removed
when the business actually uses this driver, And the cdcncm_receive
method needs to be re-implemented.

This change adds support for the USB Transport Layer as described
in the bluetooth spec. Isochronous endpoints are not yet supported.
Because of limitations in the NuttX bluetooth stack, only one USB
device can be used. This driver will only allow one USB dongle to
use bluetooth.
A Laird USB BT4.2 dongle (from Mouser) was used for testing:
M/N BT851 1.0 1829, FCC ID:SQGBT850
lsusb: 04b4:f901 Cypress Semiconductor Corp. CYW20704A2
The following commands were used to test from the nsh prompt:
bt bnep0 scan start
bt bnep0 scan stop
bt bnep0 scan get
bt bnep0 info
The Linux gatttool was used to connect over wireless.
With the BDAddr found by "bt bnep0 info", start gatttool using:
gatttool -b BDAddr -I
Connect to the device using:
connect
Read the device name using the GAP device name UUID:
char-read-uuid 2a00
Part of the response is:
value: 41 70 61 63 68 65 20 4e 75 74 74 58
which is the string "Apache NuttX"
Previously CONFIG_USBDEV_SOFINTERRUPT existed in many platform
drivers but did nothing. This commit adds a callback function
usbdev_sof_irq() that can be used to take action on this interrupt.
Add usb_fs driver so that userspace can directly transfer USB packets
through the EP node. ADB, Fastboot, MTP will use usb_fs, these class
driver only need to provide the descriptors and register the usb_fs device.

The class device only handles descriptor information specific to the class,
and shared descriptor information is passed through parameters and
handled by the composite driver.

The enumeration process for composite and non-composite devices
has a lot of duplicate code. Treating the code for composite
devices as universal enumeration code can reduce redundant code.

Devices connected to the same USB bus should have unique function addresses.
This was not true for root hubs with multiple ports. After this change,
enumeration is more reliable on the sama5d3-xplained board when both root hub
ports are used.
This change amounts to using one usbhost_devaddr_s object per root hub
instead of one per root hub port. For the majority of boards only one
root hub port is available so no change in behavior should be expected.
