Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

NuttX kernel should not use the syscall functions, especially after
enabling CONFIG_SCHED_INSTRUMENTATION_SYSCALL, all system functions
will be traced to backend, which will impact system performance.

each invocation of va_start() must be matched by a corresponding
invocation of va_end() in the same function
