Here is a case how to use arg:
If application need do the ADC conversion as the same frequency and phase
of PWM, he can pass a semaphore as arg and then PWM driver will post the
semaphore in he start point of every period.

The current SAMv7 PWM driver assumes that all PWM channels should
work in sync mode, but that is a partial case of a generic PWM
driver operation.
Start SAMv7 PWM channels in async mode. The sync mode should be
implemeted either using ioctl command or via a separate Kconfig
option.

PWM drivers currently use channel number 0 for the channels that are not
used by the application. This commit adds number -1 which indicates that
all following channels are not configured and that the loop can be broken.

Remove drivers/misc/misc_rpmsg.c and include/nuttx/misc/misc_rpmsg.h. These are specific to the Xiaomi application.
