6b5dddd5d7 libs/libc: migrate to SPDX identifier 
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

9afb6540dc libc/ftok: Map token to the root pseduo file system directory 
to ensure the generated key is unique from each other since only
root pseduo file system really support st_ino field after:
