b6f2729730 Integrate nxmutex support fully into nxsem 
This puts the mutex support fully inside nxsem, allowing
locking the mutex and setting the holder with single atomic
operation.

This enables fast mutex locking from userspace, avoiding taking
critical_sections, which may be heavy in SMP and cleanup
of nxmutex library in the future.

b74a50775f sem: change sem wait to atomic operation 
Add sem_wait fast operations, use atomic to ensure
atomicity of semcount operations, and do not depend
on critical section.

Test with robot:
before modify:
nxmutex_lock cost: 78 ns
nxmutex_unlock cost: 82 ns

after modify:
nxmutex_lock cost: 28 ns
nxmutex_unlock cost: 14 ns

514e77b75e semaphore: Optimize priority inheritance with only one holder 
This PR is a modification that optimizes priority inheritance
for only one holder. After the above modifications are completed,
the mutex lock->unlock process that supports priority inheritance
can be optimized by 200 cycles.

Before modify: 2000 cycle
After modify: 1742 cycle

Add a list in TCB to track all semphores the task held, so we
can release all holders when exit, so nxsched_verify_tcb
is unnecessary.

360539afac Priority inheritance: When CONFIG_SEM_PREALLOCHOLDERS==0, there is only a single, hard-allocated holder structure. This is problem because in sem_wait() the holder is released, but needs to remain in the holder container until sem_restorebaseprio() is called. The call to sem_restorebaseprio() must be one of the last things the sem_wait() does because it can cause the task to be suspended. If in sem_wait(), a new task gets the semaphore count then it will fail to allocate the holder and will not participate in priority inheritance. This fix is to add two hard-allocated holders in the sem_t structure: One of the old holder and one for the new holder. 2017-03-10 09:30:15 -06:00
