238cddde3a drivers/syslog: remove implement of syslog_putc() 
syslog_putc() have a lot of duplicate logic with syslog_write().
remove syslog_putc() and reuse syslog_write() to simplify syslog printing.

1. rename syslog_channel() to syslog_channel_register()
2. rename syslog_channel_remove() to syslog_channel_unregister()

efd1b838e6 syslog: Add sc_write_force callback 
It is used to write the log message to the channel immediately
when the log message is generated in the interrupt context, which
is faster than the normal force callback.

e62c915972 syslog: Remove syslog_force and related stuff 
syslog_force is used to force the syslog output to the
console in interrupt context, but we can use syslog_write
to do the same(and more) thing.

51a2171c71 ramlog: Remove g_ramlog_syslog_channel since it's same as g_default_channel 
And remove syslog_init_e because all initialization is later now and we don't
distinguish the initialition phase anymore after ramlog don't need special
initialize.

9434d3e945 There is now one-and-only-one copy of syslog_putc. It is in the SYSLOG channel logic and can redirect syslog output as needed. All former syslog_putc versions were renamed and the corresponding SYSLOG device initializaiton now calls syslog_channel() 2016-06-19 13:03:20 -06:00
